OurJesusJourney Speaking at Liberty Church-Levelland,TX

Matt was asked to go and share his testimony by Pastor Joe Smith at Liberty Church in Levelland, Tx. This was his first time to share and to speak at a other than Highland, our home church. We really loved meeting the members at Liberty and were very impressed with how nice and well-kept the church was. They clearly had a love for Jesus and a deep desire to learn more about Him. Our small group was led by the Pastor, and was a pleasure to be a part of. It was wonderful to learn from him, as well as to hear that he was teaching on the same things that our Pastor has been teaching on at Highland. The Holy Spirit moves in wonderful ways on this earth and we are so grateful for Him. He keeps Christians in unity without them even realizing it sometimes. At the end of the worship service, Pastor Joe and a man in the church, both, anointed Matt with oil at the altar while he was praying. Matt was so moved by this gesture. We also had the priviledge of enjoying lunch with the church after the services. This added to the feeling of community from the Liberty members. This experience makes us look forward to meeting so many more fellow believers across the country.
